I wander as a lonely cloud
Measuring melancholy of mountain
And secret griefs of valleys
The showering moistened perfumes
On every dry pore
Of desert
And of empty hearted fields
Filling the throats of birds
With fresh melodies
I wish I were an evergreen cloud for every being, showering eternal care for every breath, and never regretting about my past, just holding future pearls, serving as an oar to drive the crazy world in calm milieu, absorbing ugly scenario and emitting just renewed version of humanity, I wish I were that forever cloud of forever joys for forever existence, mixing with every being without caste, creed and race, treating and being treated alike as sky does and sun gifts orange glories and moon gifts silver bouquets, same I wish I were the giver of passionate givings.

  1. I like the cadence + rhythm of this poem. I also appreciate how you were inspired by the clouds. Since I relish my walks in the country, where I often stare at the sky + listen to the birds, this is a poem I can really relate to. 🙂
